Establish the product vision and development roadmap to align with company objectives and user requirements.
Serve as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Collect and integrate requirements from various departments such as marketing, sales, and customer service.
Organize and prioritize the product backlog to focus on the most valuable tasks.
Define and monitor key success metrics (KPIs) to assess product performance.
Balance scope, schedule, and resources to deliver optimal product outcomes.
Work closely with engineers to guarantee timely completion of product features.
Confirm that released features meet the expectations of both the business and end users.
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and schedules for feature releases and system upkeep.
Detect and address potential risks and obstacles throughout the project lifecycle.
Allocate resources efficiently and resolve conflicts between competing demands.
