日本オフィスの人事チームをリードしながら、HRBPとしてビジネス目標と人事施策の橋渡しを担っていただきます。

- HRオペレーションのサポート
- HRチームのマネジメント
- BPとして、オペレーションのプロセスを分析し明確化、改善等
