・リファラル制度プロモーション社内業務と制度運用管理
・自社採用サイトやSNS企画・運用管理（インタビュー等）
・採用広報制作の企画・制作と委託契約管理業務 等
・KPI数値設計、数値を用いた効果測定、それに基づく企画提案
