・エンゲージメントサーベイや人事系システムの導入、運用経験
・プロジェクトマネジメントスキル
・サーベイツール「Glint」の活用経験
・HRBPや人事として、サーベイなどのデータを分析・活用し、事業の支援や組織開発を行った経験
