合弁会社へ出向頂き、現地スタッフに対して技術指導や教育を行って頂きます。
【具体的には】
・廃棄率低減に向けた助言（通常製品、新製品）
・鋳造品問題解決のための原因分析と再発防止立案への助言
・鋳造エンジニアの技術向上のための教育
・新技術、新設備導入時のサポート
・特定プロジェクトの担当業務
・作業標準の改善 等
※現地では通訳がつきます。
※入社後は、中国就業ビザ取得に向けて播磨工場で勤務頂く予定です。
