■主な業務内容
下記業務をご担当いただきます。
（ご本人の経験/適性に応じて、担当業務を相談・決定させていただきます。）
・社外協創（大学や研究機関、IoTや半導体関連のベンチャー、企業）や半導体関連における知財契約への相談対応
‐将来の事業に有用な知財契約のスキームの構築を推進していただきます。
‐相談を受けた契約に対応するだけではなく、各プロジェクトに参画し、社内外の関係者と協力しながら、 事業を加速する知財契約のスキームを提案し、実現に向け推進していただきます。
■使用ツール
調査ツール：PatentSQUARE、Orbit 等

■必須要件
・知財に関わる渉外、ライセンス、契約の業務経験２年以上（法務部での経験も可）
■歓迎要件
・特許出願・権利化の業務経験２年以上
・技術系業務で２年以上経験し、弁理士資格をお持ちの方
・企業または特許事務所で特許業務経験のある方
・他社または自社の特許分析を行った経験がある方
