【業務内容】
以下の従業員のキャリア開発支援、人材育成プログラムの企画、開発、管理に携わっていただきます。
・ジョブローテーション戦略および人事異動の設計と運用
・キャリア開発の推進、および必要なシステムとプログラムの設計と運用
・リーダーシップ開発プログラムの設計と運用
・CEOや役員からのチャレンジングな課題/ミッションを見極め、要求に応えるアイデア/ソリューションの提案
・タレントマネジメントに関連するシステムの設計と構築への参加（IT部門およびグローバルHRとの連携）

【歓迎要件】
・タレントマネジメント領域のプログラム設計、実施、運用経験
・役員への提案および交渉経験
・グローバルプロジェクトへの参加経験
・ビジネスレベルの英語力（目安：TOEIC800点）
