車両重量4t以下のミニ油圧ショベルの設計チームリーダーをお任せします。
アメリカや中国のデザインチームと協業して新機種開発、または現行機の改善設計業務を行っていただきます。
【具体的には】
・油圧配管/構造物/薄板板金いずれかのチームに所属し内部装置/部品の新規開発設計、現行機の改良設計
・他設計チーム（アメリカ、中国の海外チーム含む）とのコラボレーション設計ミーティングへの参加
・Creoによる3Dモデルを使用しての設計業務、出図業務
・機種開発/現行機改善設計業務を通じての製造チームとの協業（組立プロセスの検証、改善、組立ツールのアクセス性確認等）
・購買チーム、サプライヤとの協業（部品製作性、コスト、品質の作りこみ活動）
・設計不具合発生時の実不具合部品の調査や解析を通じての原因調査、改善設計の導入
・現行機種のメンテナンス業務（組立性改善、部品入手性改善、コスト低減活動等）
国内出張：2か月に一度程度、製造拠点の新潟や評価試験部門のある兵庫県小野への出張が主
海外出張：1年に一度以下、製造拠点の中国やアメリカ
