■エンジンの排ガス処理システムを製造する同社の品質部門の管理者として、大阪工場の品質マネジメントをお任せします。
【具体的な業務内容】
品質問題への迅速な対応。優先順位を確立し、リソースの有効活用を図る。
顧客との迅速かつ正確なコミュニケーション。
生産ラインの問題を処理し、治具や冶具を調査し、品質問題を迅速に解決するためのアイデアを出す。
品質マインドを持ち、効果的な顧客品質窓口として行動する。会社の利益を守り、顧客の信頼を得る。
チームとして最大限のアウトプットを達成するために、日々のタスク管理、残業管理、スキルレベルの向上などのチームメンバーの管理業務。
受入検査をリードし、検査データを分析し、異常箇所を発見する。
他部署との折衝を行い、品質問題の早期解決を図る。

・品質監査および統計手法のスキル／経験
・ゲージ設計／ゲージ機能の知識
・図面/GD T（公差設計と幾何公差）を読み、理解する能力
・マネジメント経験
