ガス製造設備(空気分離装置や水素製造装置など)建設プロジェクトにおけるコミッショニング部門の責任者として現場のセキュリティと安全性、現場組織、試運転準備、試運転、プラント立ち上げの提案/実行段階、担当チームおよび部門全体のマネジメントに従事頂きます。
《具体的には》
The incumbent is responsible for site security/safety site organization the proposal execution phase of the pre commissioning commissioning and start up activity and the management of his/her team as well as the overall management of the department.
AREA 1: SAFETY
Ensure that the risks related to the activities are identified and that the applicable safety and risk reduction rules are respected (awareness training electrical accreditation use of personal protective equipment signature of delegations HSE plan …)
Ensure the safety training of new hires the training renewal electrical or chemical risk training the HSES training renewals and the supply of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment(個人用防護具))
・AREA 2: SITE COORDINATION
Keep the department's workload management tool up to date
Assign the competent people according to the type of site (site managers and supervisors)
Monitor start up operations and assist on site teams
Ensure the weekly update of commissioning progress
AREA 3: PROPOSAL PHASE AND EXECUTION PHASE
Participate in the development of the budget and estimates of the Start up activity
Ensure the development of the operating manual
Ensure proper capitalization of start up operations
AREA 4: TEAM MANAGEMENT
In collaboration with the HR define resource needs and validate hiring taking into account the workload and the necessary skills
Ensure that all supervisors have appropriate knowledge of safety technical and quality standards and procedures relating to their profession
Define the objectives of the start up supervisors on the sites
Annually assess the performance knowledge and skills
