韓国拠点に出向頂き、管理部門全般のマネジメントを担っていただきます。
ガバナンスの強化及び課題の改善を進めていただき、将来的には韓国拠点を管理部門側から経営を補佐頂きます。
【具体的職務内容】
■経理財務業務：
・各種決算
・税務申告、税務調査対応
・管理会計
・損益管理
・事業計画立案
・PL作成、分析
・経費管理
■人事総務業務：
・経営人材の育成に向けた育成・活用施策
・人材の流動化の推進と制度・施策
・評価・報酬制度の策定 等
【韓国拠点情報】
韓国内に4ヶ所の営業及びサービス拠点あり。総勢70名規模。
