楽天GORAのプロダクト戦略を担い、既存サービスの改善だけでなく、新たなプロダクトの企画・立ち上げを通じて、ゴルフの楽しみ方そのものに新たな価値を提供することを目指していただきます。
プロダクト構想から要件定義、開発ディレクション、リリース判断まで、全工程に責任を持ち、ユーザー視点と事業成長の両立を実現していただくポジションです。
【業務内容】
＜具体的には＞
・将来の業界動向や競合プロダクトの分析
・サービスコンセプト・プロダクトゴールの定義
・プロダクトKPIの設定とモニタリング
・ロードマップの策定（短期・中長期）
・新機能やプロダクト改善に関する要件定義、仕様作成
・エンジニア／QA／デザイナーとの協働による開発推進
・スケジュール・タスク管理、リリース判断、バグトリアージ
・0→1での新規サービス企画・立ち上げに関与

■必須条件
・システム開発における要件定義以上の上流工程の実務経験
・プロジェクトマネージャーまたはプロジェクトリーダーとしてのマネジメント経験
・TOEIC800点以上または相応の英語力
■要望条件
・市場・業界動向の分析経験
・Webまたはアプリの開発経験（言語不問）
・ネイティブアプリに関するプロダクト設計経験
・ユーザーリサーチおよびUI/UX改善経験
・プロダクト戦略や事業視点での要件定義・企画立案経験
・スポーツ（特にゴルフ）への関心
