戦略人事チームの重要なメンバーとして、HRBPは課題を特定し、データ分析を活用してソリューションを提案します。これには、人事計画、採用戦略の進め方、組織および人材開発、リーダーシップ開発、タレントマネジメントなど、幅広い分野が含まれます。
これらの目標を達成するために、HRBPはグループ人事およびその他の関係者と協力します。
