■Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated FP A Manager to take ownership of SG A cost management for our staffing services business. This role will serve as a strategic business partner engaging with business leaders and APAC regional finance teams. The successful candidate will support investment decisions lead process improvements and communicate financial insights in a clear and effective manner.

■Key Responsibilities
・ Budgeting forecasting variance analysis and monthly reporting of SG A costs
・ Financial support and evaluation for investment projects and business initiatives
・ Act as a liaison with business leaders and cross functional departments
・ Communicate and report effectively with APAC finance teams in English
・ Manage and mentor one direct report （goal setting performance review daily support）
・ Present complex financial information in a simple and insightful way
・ Identify and streamline inefficient or overly complex financial processes
・ Drive implementation of new analysis tools and KPIs as necessary

■Required
・ 5+ years of experience in FP A or finance roles （SG A experience preferred）
・ Business level English （comfortable in meetings reporting and email with APAC）
・ Strong logical thinking interpersonal and cross functional communication skills
・ Proactive self starter with a strong sense of ownership and improvement mindset
・ Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with financial modeling experience

■Preferred
・ Experience in the staffing or service related industry
・ Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
・ Experience with ERP systems （e.g. SAP Oracle）
