■MUST
・15 20+ years professional experience with 10 years of relevant experience in SAP project delivery.
・Have worked on medium to large transformation projects and support projects in multi vendor environment
・Have worked on SAP migration projects Rise with SAP Private cloud
・Strong experience in SAP Consulting project management and Quality management.
・Globally recognized project management certification is desired.
・Able to run the program independently.
・Team management experience to guide individual consultants as well as collaborate with local and global teams.

■WANT
・Agile knowledge explicitly is needed though it may be a part of Activate.
・Knowledge of cutover steps and Data migration is required
・Resource planning.
・Proactive to identify potential risks/ its mitigation plan.
・Good exposure on project governance reporting
・Have experience in estimation as well as pre sales.
