製造所の人事担当として、人事・労務・給与・厚生業務を担います。
製造所人事の業務内容の例：採用活動、労働組合との協議・折衝、給与賞与計算結果チェック、入社・異動・退職・休復職など対応、人事考課・昇格、労働時間管理、寮社宅管理、人員計画、内部通報・ハラスメント対応 ※実際の業務は役割分担をして行います。

510万円～650万円
