Job Description
■業務概要：
製品の対法人向け営業活動(新規、ルート拡大)営業いずれも含む
■業務内容詳細：
製造業の研究開発、設計担当者へアポイントを取り、製品を提案します。
製造業全業界がターゲット、また定価のない製品を扱うため自由度が高いです。
ほぼすべて自社生産のため、社内外を巻き込む調整・進行役となってもらいます。
■顧客：
半導体や医療機器、自動車、宇宙産業など樹脂を使用する全業界
■組織構成：
営業22名の組織の一員となっていただきます
拠点に応じて営業2名～6名の拠点です。
■業務の魅力：
「モノづくりの楽しさを語れる」20 代前半を中心とした 国内向け営業の若手ポテンシャル枠を募集します。
切削加工・3Dプリントの最前線で、お客様と一緒にモノづくりを推進する“伴走型セールス”への成長を期待しています。

■必須条件：
・コミュニケーション能力
・営業(分野問わず)経験あれば尚良し
・積極性、マルチタスクを得意とする方優先
・男性、30歳未満
・全国転勤可能である人
■歓迎条件：
・理工系・デザイン系専攻、または高専／専修学校での製図・加工実習経験
・接客・アルバイトで「顧客対応」を経験（成果や工夫を語れるとなお良し）
・部活・サークル・チームプロジェクトなどで リーダー or 調整役 の経験
・挑戦→失敗→改善のサイクルを ポジティブに語れる人
