• Provide technical expertise in SFDC Lightning to develop user-friendly interfaces and improve user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure SFDC solutions that meet business requirements.
• Ensure the quality and performance of SFDC Configuration by conducting regular testing and optimization.
• Develop and maintain documentation for SFDC processes and configurations to support knowledge sharing and training.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SFDC systems to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Stay updated with the latest SFDC technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions that align with business goals.
• Implement best practices in SFDC Development to ensure scalability and maintainability of solutions.

資格要件：  

• SFDC開発とカスタマイズにおいて豊富な専門知識を有し、成功したプロジェクトの実績があります。
• SFDCデータ管理と統合のスキルを証明し、データ整合性とアクセス性を確保します。
• Veeva Coreとそのビジネスプロセスへの応用に関する深い知識を有すること。  
• SFDC Lightningの高度なスキルを活かし、直感的で効率的なユーザーインターフェースを作成する能力。  
• SFDC設定のスキルを活かし、特定のビジネスニーズに合わせたソリューションをカスタマイズする能力。  
• 臨床コンサルティングと研究開発の経験は強く望ましい。  
• リモートとオフィスでの責任をバランスよくこなすハイブリッドワークモデルでの効果的な業務遂行能力。  
• 必要な資格：Salesforce認定プラットフォーム開発者I、Salesforce認定管理者

• Possess strong expertise in SFDC Development and Customization with a proven track record of successful projects.
• Demonstrate proficiency in SFDC Data management and integration to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
• Have in-depth knowledge of Veeva Core and its application in business processes.
• Exhibit advanced skills in SFDC Lightning to create intuitive and efficient user interfaces.
• Show capability in SFDC Configuration to tailor solutions that meet specific business needs.
• Experience in Clinical consulting and Research and Development is highly desirable.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
• Certifications Required Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I Salesforce Certified Administrator
