Our client is Founded in 1994, this company specializes in advanced machinery and automation systems, supporting Malaysia's manufacturing sector. They specialize in advanced machinery and automation systems. They are now seeking for experienced Sales Engineer to drive their business growth.
 

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and increase business with existing customers by identifying their current and future service requirements.

• Establish new accounts by identifying potential customers, planning, and conducting sales calls/visits.

• Prepare and deliver presentations on robotic applications and services to existing and prospective customers.

• Collaborate with customers and the sales team to meet customers’ specific needs and system requirements.

• Conduct robotic application training, demonstrations, and provide technical advice to customers.

• Maintain detailed documentation of application development processes, report project progress, and provide post-implementation support.

• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating new methodologies to enhance robotic application development.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with opportunities for learning and on-the-job training provided.

• Computer literate: MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint.

• Knowledge in AutoCAD drawing & design.

• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, oral and written. Literacy in Mandarin is an added advantage.

• Must demonstrate a high level of initiative, team spirit, and follow-up skills, possess self-initiative, communication skills, and the ability to deal with all levels of people.

• Possess a car driving license and be willing to travel to outstation.
