Job Description

Our client is a leading MNC in the home appliances and home care industry. As part of their business growth, they are looking to hire an experienced Demand Planner (Assistant Manager), to be based in Kuala Lumpur.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Annual / Month PO Forecasting and statistical analysis on usage behavior
  • Works closely with supplier and logistic service provider to manage PO progress status
  • Preparation inventory status reporting to management weekly
  • Monitors supply plan closely to mitigate any potential business risk
  • Responsible supplier and logistic service provider invoice payment verification and submission
  • Acts as the process owner and educate the team on logistics system
  • Dealing with Local Vendor/Supplier for Local Purchase
  • Input data for all purchasing transactions within the specified timeframe to ensure e-invoicing compliance.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or bachelor's in supply chain or related field
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Experience in retail or home appliances industry will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Power Point
  • Knowledge of SAP is a strong advantage
