Job Title- Quantity Surveyor
Location- Neemrana/ Kharkhoda
Job Summary: The Quantity Surveyor (QS) Engineer will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. This includes cost estimation, cost control, contract management, and procurement. The QS Engineer will work closely with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Documentation and Records: Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and project documents. Prepare detailed reports and documentation for audits and reviews.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Experience: Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry. An ideal candidate should have an overall Industrial Project/Factory Building project. Experience with large-scale construction projects in India is highly desirable.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in cost estimation and quantity takeoff software (e.g., AutoCAD, Office 365). Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Knowledge of contract law and construction contracts (e.g., FIDIC).
Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Other Requirements: Willingness to travel to various project sites. Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is a plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Familiarity with building codes and standards in India.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
