• System Support & Maintenance
  • Conduct software updates and troubleshoot issues related to PACS and IT workstations.
  • Perform site assessments and ensure compatibility with third-party systems.
  • Provide regular progress updates and technical reports to management.
• Marketing & Event Support
  • Assist in organizing and executing product demonstrations at seminars, workshops, and exhibitions.
  • Prepare demo units and promotional materials.
• Pre-Sales Engagement
  • Deliver product training and technical documentation to partners.
  • Support solution design based on customer workflows and requirements.
  • Assist in creating technical specifications and competitive product presentations.
• Post-Sales Implementation
  • Guide partners through system deployment and integration with hospital IT infrastructure.
  • Provide hands-on training and ongoing technical support.
  • Monitor project progress and share updates with internal teams.
• Market Feedback & Improvement
  • Gather insights from partners and clients to identify product improvement opportunities.
  • Investigate market trends and propose technical solutions.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare IT, especially with RIS-PACS systems. 
• Solid understanding of DICOM, HL7, and medical imaging workflows. 
• Proficient in server hardware, storage systems (NAS/SAN), RAID, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V). 
• Strong networking knowledge: TCP/IP, VLAN, firewalls, routing, and domain management. 
• Effective communicator in English and Vietnamese 
• Skilled in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
• Strong problem-solving mindset and customer-oriented approach.
