Job Title: Country Manager

Location: Thailand.

Business: Visa applications solution and processing

Company: International company with its offices worldwide specialized in administrative and impartial tasks related to visa, passport, identity management, and etc

Salary: 200-250k THB/month

Job Summary: The Country Manager will be responsible for initial phase of setting up company in Thailand overseeing the operations, business development, and strategic initiatives of the Company within Thailand. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve the company's goals and objectives in Thailand
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all business activities.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's presence in the market.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to ensure profitability.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government agencies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior management role in similar position in the visa, passport, identity management, or citizen services industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to think strategically and drive results.
• In-depth understanding of the local market and industry. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and business practices in Thailand.
