Job Description
日本の大手食品貿易会社が、日本語バイリンガル購買コーディネーターを募集しています。この役職は、食品および非食品アイテムのすべての購買活動を管理し、効率的かつ効果的な調達プロセスを確保することを含みます。
- 購買管理: 冷凍食品、乾燥食品、非食品アイテムの購買を管理し、調達、価格交渉、輸送物流、製品開発を含む。
- 販売および市場分析: 製品の販売量と市場需要を分析・予測し、販売量、需要、在庫レベルに基づいて発注書を作成。
- 品質保証: サンプリングと顧客のフィードバックを通じて製品の品質を保証し、品質保証のためにサプライヤーと協力し、発注書の記述に対して受け取ったアイテムを評価。
- 在庫管理: 在庫の不一致、大量出荷注文、売れ行きの悪いアイテム、期限切れアイテムを頻繁にレビューし、解決のために倉庫部門と協力。
- 戦略的開発: 組織のビジネス目標をサポートする購買戦略を開発・実行し、通常の勤務時間外に会社のイベントに参加し、上層部の要求に応じるなど、その他の業務を遂行。
- ビジネス関連の学士号が望ましい。または同等の経験
- ２年以上の食品購買の経験またはトレーニング
- ビジネスレベルの日本語が必須
- 基本的なMicrosoft Officeのスキル
- ERPシステムの知識
- 日本の食品/非食品およびキッチン用品の知識が望ましい
- 強力なコミュニケーション能力と対人スキルを持っている
