Job Description
Operate and maintain the Waste Water Treatment Plant.
Lead maintenance, repair, and modification of facility equipment.
Manage contractors and ensure safety and quality standards.
Plan and execute overhauls and system improvements.
Monitor equipment condition and implement improvement plans.
Support budgeting, new installations, and conservation programs.
Handle maintenance contracts and renewals.
Degree/Diploma in Engineering.
Knowledge of electrical systems, chilled water, and compressed air.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
Team-oriented, results-driven, and able to work independently under pressure.
