Job Description
不動産投資法人を運用するAM会社にて、ファンドオペレーション（旧：運用管理チーム）に所属し、投資法人の管理業務・業務改善・内部統制を中心とした業務をご担当いただきます。将来の中核人材として、社内外と連携しながら運用効率化・ガバナンス強化を推進するポジションです。

大手不動産アセットマネジメント会社の一部として、国内最大級のREIT資産規模を誇り、安定した運用基盤があります。不動産運用会社として、主に不動産投資信託の資産運用を中心に幅広い金融サービスを提供しています。
職務内容
- ファンド運用にかかわる業務いプロセスの改善・電子化の推進
- 内部統制体制の強化
- 運用不動産に関わる実務（支払い管理、契約管理、PMコントロール、キャッシュフロー作成、売買手続きなど）

- 不動産業界もしくはアセットマネジメント関連業務の経験
- 自主的に業務改善を提案・推進できる力
- MS Officeの基本スキル
- 四年制大学卒業以上
- 日本都市ファンド投資法人ならびに産業ファンド投資法人の監督役員の２親等親族に当たらない方
【歓迎条件】
- 宅建・簿記・会計士・税理士など不動産・会計関連資格
- 英語力
- プロジェクトマネジメント能力
