外資系大手不動産投資マネジメント会社の東京オフィスにて、アセットアカウンティング部門の強化に伴い、SPC会計・財務管理の即戦力人材を募集します。ファンド向け財務報告・税務・監査対応から現金管理・ストラクチャー対応まで、多岐にわたる業務に携わります。

職務内容
- 社内や外部AMの管理する日本国内SPCの会計・財務業務全般
- アウトソーシング先の会計事務所の管理・レビュー（IFRS/JGAAP）
- 年次・四半期財務報告、監査・税務対応
- NAV計算の準備・レビュー、資金移動指示の確認、支払い承認
- SPCの設立、増減資、清算の調整
- リスク・コンプライアンス活動支援
- 海外拠点とのやリとり
- 会計プロセスの改善、アドホック対応

- 不動産会計／ファンド会計ソフトの使用経験（Yardi、勘定奉行 等）
