Join a leading global e-commerce innovator to design and lead impactful onboarding and learning & development programs across the employee lifecycle-from new graduates to executives. You will play a key role in shaping talent strategy and fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and development in a dynamic HR environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute training programs for new grads, mid-career hires, executives, and mentors
Plan and implement HR development initiatives aligned with company goals
Evaluate and manage external training vendors and content
Use feedback and the PDCA cycle to continuously improve programs
Partner with stakeholders to enhance onboarding and employee learning experience
Manage team members within a project-based, cross-functional HR team
Promote a learning culture across departments and functions

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
5+ years in corporate training, learning & development, or HR strategy
Hands-on experience with designing training programs for various employee levels
Proven success in managing projects or teams in HR environments
Technical Skills:
Advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other business tools
Familiarity with learning cycle frameworks like PDCA or ADDIE
Soft Skills:
Strong logical thinking and issue-resolution skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
Language Requirements
Japanese: Native
English: Intermediate to Business level (TOEIC 800+ preferred)
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Background in HRD strategy or organizational development
Experience with mentoring programs or executive training
