• Lead UX/UI design for complex B2B SaaS and internal enterprise applications

• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and data teams to craft scalable, intuitive experiences

• Translate user needs and business insights into clear, user-friendly solutions

• Build, document, and maintain scalable design systems across products

• Conduct usability testing and apply research findings to improve product iterations

必須条件

経験・資格：

• UI/UXやプロダクトデザインの実務経験10年以上（ポートフォリオ必須）
• Webアプリやエンタープライズ向けツールを設計した実績
• ユーザー中心設計（UCD）の概念やワークフローの専門知識
• Figma、Adobe XDなど最新デザインツールの熟練者

ソフトスキル：

• 複雑な要件をビジュアルで明確に表現する力
• アジャイル環境でのチーム協業・フィードバック力に優れる

語学力

• 日本語：基礎レベル
• 英語：ビジネスレベル以上

• BIツール（Google Analytics、Tableauなど）の使用経験
• ワークスペース系ツールやマルチユーザー環境のUX設計経験
• レスポンシブデザイン・アクセシビリティの知識
• 複雑なデータを見やすく、使いやすいフォーマットに落とし込むスキル
• アジャイル開発経験

Experience:

• 10+ years in UI/UX or product design with a solid portfolio

• Proven experience designing large-scale enterprise or web-based apps

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and similar modern design software

• In-depth knowledge of user-centered design, responsive design, and accessibility standards

Soft Skills:

• Strategic thinker with a visual problem-solving mindset

• Strong collaboration skills within cross-functional, Agile teams

• Japanese: Basic level

• English: Intermediate to Business level

• Experience with analytics or BI tools like Google Analytics or Tableau

• Familiarity with designing multi-user environments or shared workspace tools

• Ability to turn complex data into clean, visual UI/UX

• Understanding of Agile development cycles
