This role is responsible for managing external communications and media relations in Japan, helping to strengthen the firm's reputation and visibility. You'll work closely with journalists and various stakeholders to convey the firm's values, services, and vision, while also supporting talent development through public engagement. The position involves collaboration with both the local executive team and the global Marcom team.

• 5+ years of B2B external communications experience, with strong media relations (TV, print, online).
• Professional English skills, especially in reading and writing for business use.
• Experience in integrated marketing communications across websites and social media, with a proactive and team-oriented mindset.
