DX推進を強化するにあたり、アプリケーション開発を牽引できるリーダー人材を募集しています。

【職務内容】
DX開発部における各種アプリケーション開発プロジェクトのリーダー（もしくはリーダー候補）として、
要件定義、設計、開発、チームマネジメント、関係部門との調整など、プロジェクトを横断的にリードいただきます。
【主な業務内容】
業務部門やクライアントとの要件ヒアリング、仕様策定
開発チーム（社内外）のリード、進捗管理、技術的フォロー
新技術（クラウド、ローコード等）導入の検討・提案
ネットワーク／サーバ／クラウド環境の設計・構築支援
外注先との開発調整・レビュー
現場課題の把握と業務改善の推進

- 製造業のシステムに関わった経験
- ネットワーク構築経験：CCNA、CCNP等希望
- サーバ構築経験：Windows、UNIX、Linux
- クラウド構築経験：AWS、Azure
