• Qualified accountant
• Knowledge of IFRS (and local GAAP, if IFRS is not accepted locally)
• Solid hands-on experience in handling full set of accounts including consolidation and preparation of audit financial statements
• Knowledge of local corporate taxation and fund investment structures
• Experience with private equity real estate funds
• Strong project management skills
• Written and spoken English skills
