職務内容
・手術装置（レーザー機器や検査機器など）の導入支援と臨床トレーニングの提供
・医師やオペ室スタッフへの技術的・臨床的サポート（現場・リモート両方）
・製品やソフトウェアの使用サポートおよびアップデート対応
・医療現場からの製品使用に関する問い合わせ対応
・製品の使用状況やフィードバックを社内に共有し、改善に貢献
