Position:                                  Accounting Manager

Salary:                                     80,000 – 100,000 THB / month  

Location:                                 Amata City Chonburi

Working Day:                          Monday to Friday

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Overseeing financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, general accounting, treasury, accounts payable and receivable, taxation, financial systems, financial risk management, credit decisions, strategic planning, and operational risk management.
• Ensuring the timely closure and review of monthly accounts with management.
• Monitoring accounts receivable to ensure all collectible invoices are collected on time.
• Calculating standard costs and comparing them with actual costs.
• Managing the financial system to maintain accurate and timely organizational finances.
• Ensuring all transactions comply with internal regulations and legal requirements.
• Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, timely payments, and external financial reporting as per legal requirements.
• Overseeing budgeting and financial reporting.
• Establishing and planning accounting systems to facilitate timely financial report closing.
• Planning overseas payments to optimize exchange gains.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging digital tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
• Developing the financial and accounting team to enhance their skills and expertise.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years in a financial and accounting leadership role, preferably in the manufacturing or automotive industry.
• Proficiency in English (spoken, written, and reading).
• Digital literacy or digital transformation experience would be an advantage.
• Strong leadership, positive attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills.
