Job Description
Hiring position: Safety Supervisor
Total package: 35,000 - 39,000 THB / mth
Workday: Monday - Friday
Job description:
• Control and continuously improve the SHE management system to ensure full legal compliance.
• Monitor workplace safety and environmental conditions to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and environmental standards across the workplace.
• Develop and deliver engaging training sessions and presentations on safety, health, environmental matters, and accident prevention.
• Implement and maintain the ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in a Safety role.
• Strong coordination skills.
• Proficiency in report writing and data analysis.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and decision-making skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive leadership approach and attitude.
