・日本本社とのやり取り、UKチーム間のコーディネーション

・流暢な日本語
・ビジネスレベルの英語(流暢でなくても英語のミーティングに参加できるレベル)
・ITサポート、カスタマーサポート、営業、コールセンター等の顧客対応経験
・ITインフラストラクチャ、ネットワーク(CCNA等)に関する知見(尚良)
