Job Description

COMPANY OVERVIEW 

Our client is an IT consulting and system integrator company from Japan.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Design, implement, and configure Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networks, etc

  • Provide solutions in both Japanese and English according to client requirements.
    Support Engineer:
  • Provide IT infrastructure and client support services both onsite and remotely in Japanese and English.
  • Handle troubleshooting for printers, video conferencing systems, etc.
  • Maintain IT infrastructure such as servers and networks, escalate issues, and handle replacements when necessary.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

Education : Degree with major in IT, system engineer, computer science, or related field.

Experience : 

  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, and virtualization platforms will be a plus.

     

    Technical skills in system design, construction, and operation.

  • At least basic communication skill in Japanese is required in order to communicate with Japanese stakeholders
