Fund Accounting - Associate Director

This is a Fund Accounting Deputy Director position. This role is responsible for managing the preparation and delivery of NAVs and financial statements for hybrid funds, as well as maintaining internal controls.

Description

• Manage multiple fund relationships to ensure meeting of all client deliverables
• Responsible for quality and timeline delivery of services to clients, including review fund governing documents/subscription documents/invest management agreements and review work paper files for accuracy and completeness
• Responsible for the supervision of team members under your charge, including continuing education for all direct reports, KPI setting, performance and career management
• Participate in new business discussions

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• 8+ years experience in accounting, with a focus on alternative investment funds (private market experience is a plus)
• Fluent in Japanese and Business level English
• Strong knowledge of accounting, specifically with respect to alternative investment funds, with a focus on private markets funds
• Knowledge of IFRS (Knowledge of other accounting standards is a plus)
• 5+ years experience of supervising team
• Advanced Excel skills.

• 英語ビジネスレベル
• 会計の強い知識、特にオルタナティブ投資ファンドに関する理解

• 5年以上のマネジメント経験
