• 定期的なアセスメントの実施
• 規制対応、コンプライアンス状況の確認
• 課題の特定、エスカレーション、解決（適宜リスク/コンプライアンスチームと連携）
• 世界各地で得られた知見を活かし、ベストプラクティスを導入すること（グローバル/リージョンと連携））
• 統制ガバナンスフォーラムへの参加、レジリエンス計画やフレームワークの議論・共有
• フロントオフィス部門の研修

A global financial institution is seeking an Operations 1st Line Defence Business Manager to lead its Japan risk control initiatives. In this high-impact role, you will drive regulatory compliance, strengthen control frameworks, and support operational excellence. You'll collaborate with global stakeholders to implement best practices while fostering a proactive risk-aware culture within the business.

• Promote a strong risk and control culture through regular assessments and policy adherence
• Identify and escalate control issues, partnering with risk and compliance to resolve gaps
• Lead implementation of global control standards and integrate lessons learned into local practices
• Represent the business in control governance forums and maintain resiliency frameworks
• Deliver training to front-office staff to enhance regulatory understanding and compliance mindset

必須条件

経験・資格：

• リスクマネジメントや内部管理の実務経験（できれば金融業界）
• レギュラトリーコンプライアンス、オペリスク、ビジネスコントロールの経験

ソフトスキル：

• 最低限の指示で仕事を進められること
• 細部への注意力
• 様々な部署と協業し、まとめるリーダーシップ

語学力：

• 日本語： 流暢
• 英語：ビジネスレベル（読み書き会話）

• 銀行業務・キャッシュマネジメント業務の知識
• 監査、内部管理、規制対応経験（特にリスクアセスメント、是正措置
• 日本証券業協会（JSDA）資格保有者 優遇

Experience:

• 10-15 years in risk, operational control, or compliance roles, preferably within financial services
• Proven expertise in operational risk, business controls, or internal audit functions

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of banking and cash management operations
• Familiarity with risk assessments, remediation, and control testing

Soft Skills:

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and across functions

• Japanese: Fluent
• English: Intermediate to Business level

• JSDA certifications preferred
• Experience working in a multinational financial institution
• Ability to lead cross-border initiatives with regional teams
