We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Director to lead our Accounting & Finance department in the dynamic Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry, based in Tokyo.

Description

• Develop and implement short-term and long-term financial plans
• Establish and oversee accounting policies and procedures
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records
• Evaluate the performance of the finance team and provide feedback
• Effectively manage people and foster a positive work environment
• Develop and manage the department's budget
• Communicate in both English and Japanese to liaise with various stakeholders
