• Lead implementation and continuous improvement of non-financial risk frameworks.
• Perform control testing, KRI monitoring, and risk profiling under governance mandates.
• Advise senior stakeholders and country leaders on strategic risk and control issues.
• Manage risk event, treatment, audit remediation, and policy deviation processes.
• Drive risk education, culture, and capability uplift across the business.
• Partner with overseas branches to support governance, controls, and strategic projects.
• Prepare Risk Committee materials and deliver regulatory risk attestations
