インド人シェフ・スタッフと協力しながら、料理提供・キッチン管理・調理方法の指導を行っていただきます。
このポジションは社宅にてインド人シェフ・スタッフに和食の調理方法の教育や指導を行っていただきます。すでに2名のインド人シェフが働いていますが、より美味しく本格的な和食を作れるよう、調理方法や盛り付け、食材の管理などを指導していただきます。
また、社宅では会食やイベントが定期的に行われるため、リクエストに応じた料理を準備したり、新しいメニューを考えたりする機会もあります。
■職務内容：
・インド人シェフへの和食料理の教育・指導（調理方法や盛り付け、食材の管理等）
・衛生管理チェック
・新メニュー考案、試作
・会食やイベント開催時の料理提供
