• Customer Engagement and Requirement Analysis Engage with potential clients to understand their business and technical needs. Conduct thorough requirement analysis and customize a solution to meet their specific needs.
• Solution Design and Presentation Develop and present customized Industry 4.0 solutions. Prepare detailed proposals and technical documentation to support sales efforts.
• Technical Support and Demonstrations Provide technical support during the sales process, including performing product demonstrations and proofs of concept and answering customer technical inquiries.
• Liaise with Sales and Technical Teams Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for winning new business Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to ensure solutions are feasible and align with product capabilities.
• Market Research and Competitive Analysis Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies and competitors in the Industry 4.0 space. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and differentiation strategies.

• Collaboration with Sales and Engineering Teams: Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for winning new business. Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to ensure solutions are feasible and align with product capabilities.
• Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and competitors in the Industry4.0 space. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and strategies for differentiation.

• 15+ years of experience designing solutions for field operations, Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field, Master's degree preferred.
• Expertise in OT technologies including PLC, Unified Namespace, IT/OT integration, Cloud and AI technologies.
• Strong domain knowledge in at least one of the following: Automotive, Discrete Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Consumer Goods, Operations, Maintenance and/or Quality value stream experience.
• Experience with at least one Manufacturing Operations application such as MES, EAM, LIMS.
• Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be able to travel to site as required.

Language skills: Conversational level Japanese (Japanese Language Proficiency Test N3) and business level English

• 15+ years of experience in designing solutions for shopfloor operations with bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Expertise in OT technologies such as PLC, Unified Namespace, IT/OT integration, Cloud, and AI technologies.
• Strong domain knowledge in at least one of the following: Auto, Discrete Manufacturing, Pharma, Consumer Goods, with experience in Operations, Maintenance, and Quality value streams.
• Experienced atleast in one of manufacturing Operation applications like MES, EAM, LIMS etc.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and travel to site location based on the need
