【職務内容】
・移転価格・国際税務に関するグループ方針・戦略策定、業務推進
・組織再編、M＆A、新規取引等に関する税務面からのサポート
・税務ガバナンス強化、タックスプランニングの推進
【キャリアパス】
・財務経理部に所属し、グループにおけるグローバル税務のエキスパートとして活躍し、いずれは、当該業務・部門のマネジメントにも携わっていただきます。
・希望によっては、財務・会計・経営企画等の他のファイナンス領域や、海外グループ会社駐在を含む他の業務に携わることも可能です。

・上場企業での3年以上の移転価格（APA（移転価格事前確認）含む）、国際税務の実務経験
・税理士法人等での3年以上の移転価格・国際税務に関する大企業向けのコンサルティング経験
・ビジネスレベルの英語力（TOEIC 800点程度）
【尚可】
・国内税務の実務経験
・組織再編やM＆A税務の実務経験
・財務会計・管理会計の知識、実務経験
・協調性、コミュニケーション能力、分析力、論理的思考力
【尚可資格】
・税理士資格（科目合格を含む）
