■A Day in the Life
The Pricing Analyst will report directly to the APAC Finance Director of Our Company. This role will be responsible for developing implementing managing and executing pricing process in collaboration with local commercial teams.
As Our continues to separate from Affiliated companies this role will be responsible to help develop and support our pricing process as well as supporting the transfer of all existing price lists over to Our ERP from Affiliated companies as we stand up order to cash in the APAC region.
■Responsibilities
・ Define end to end processes to load prices for new agreements into Our ERP system.
・ Collaborate in the configuration and implementation phase of the Our CPQ system.
・ Collaborate in defining the process to migrate existing deals and prices from the Affiliated companies to the Our systems and execute on the migration accordingly to the OTC timeline.
・ Develop and manage calculation of distributor chargebacks.
・ Develop and manage calculation of Group Purchasing Organization administrative fees.
・ Creation management and maintenance of pricing records in Our ERP
・ Creation management and maintenance of rebate conditions in Our ERP
・ Develop credit policy lead credit management and day to day control
・ Manage all pricing disputes and discrepancies.

・ Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience preferably within the Med Device industry
・ Ability to develop and support implementation of processes
・ Ability to identify areas of efficiency and implement changes
・ Ability to work collaboratively and cross functionally
・ Detail oriented
・ Great communication skills
・ Excellent time management skills
・ Native Japanese level of proficiency and Business level of English proficiency
■Nice to Have
・ Experience with SAP
・ Working knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
・ Experience with Master Data Maintenance
