日本における放射性リガンド療法（RLT）オペレーションの未来を形作る重要なポジションでロジスティクスの専門性を発揮しませんか？ロジスティクスマネージャーとして、篠山拠点における倉庫および輸送戦略の立ち上げと実行をリードし、グローバルチームと密接に連携しながら、製品の円滑な流通と卓越したオペレーションを実現していただきます。倉庫運営の設計から最終配送まで、あなたの仕事は患者に命を救う治療を届けるうえで極めて重要です。ゼロから構築することに情熱を持ち、目的意識のあるダイナミックな環境で活躍したい方に最適な機会です。
【主な職務内容】
・複数の導入フェーズにわたるRLT製品の倉庫運営の立ち上げと実行をリード
・Aタイプおよびその他の輸送箱の認証・バリデーションを監督
・フェーズ2の倉庫運営に向けたSOPおよびロジスティクスインフラの設計と導入
・SAP取引や返品処理を含む入出庫業務を管理
・輸入、納品、サプライヤーパフォーマンスに関してグローバルロジスティクスチームと連携
・最終配送に向けたロジスティクス計画、注文配分、請求確認を推進

Required Skills
【応募要件】
・国内配送、倉庫業、輸出入また倉庫立ち上げや輸送計画を含むロジスティクス業務の実務経験3年以上
・SOP作成および倉庫作業員のトレーニングに関するスキル（派遣社員および業務委託先と調整および協働経験がある方）
・製薬を扱う倉庫会社の経験があれば尚可
・製薬業界または高度に規制された環境でのロジスティクス業務経験のある方歓迎
