The Principal Business Consultant role is an active role that is customer focused. The position requires a combination of strategic and strong practical experience. The consultant needs to have capabilities in the following areas

・Independent execution of projects
・Leads a functional or business related community
・Contributes on various sales bids including RFPs and demand generation

Leadership

・Act as a coach / buddy and role model for more junior colleagues
・Collaborates with customer executives and senior leadership

Advisory / Delivery

・Responsible for own and project team capacity planning team leadership
・Evaluate and create proposals to outline and optimize Business scenarios and processes to align with enterprise IT architecture to fit the customer’s strategy
・Independent execution of complex projects or programs
・Involvement in different areas and roles along the program
・Manage diverse teams and expectations
・Responsible for project success and results
・Conducts value based business cases for customers

Sales Support
・Support business development and license services sales in alignment with SAP Service Strategy
・SAPのサービス戦略に基いた、事業開発およびライセンス＆サービスセールスの支援


Thought Leadership / Innovation
・Contribute to a functional or business related community or practice ideally leading such a work group or act as a BTS Trainer
・Drive Knowledge Management and Innovation activities
・Act as a Mentor for less experienced colleagues
・ファンクショナルまたはビジネス関連のコミュニティまたはプラクティスに貢献する （そのようなワークグループをリードできれば尚可）、もしくはBTS （Business Transformation Services） トレーナーとしての行動
・ナレッジ管理とイノベーション活動の推進
・経験の少ない仲間のメンターとしての行動

【必須条件】
■顧客のビジネスもしくは業務改革のご経験
