M Aやアライアンスなど、外部とのパートナーシップ強化による成長戦略遂行の実務をご担当いただきます。
航空電子グループの経営戦略策定に携わり、成長戦略の立案と実現を担う重要なポジションです。
1、M A戦略の立案
企業価値向上を目的としたM A戦略の策定および実行
2、情報精査および関係構築
関係各所に対する情報の収集・分析、信頼関係の構築
3、デュー・ディリジェンスおよびバリュエーション分析
法務、会計・税務、ビジネス等のデュー・ディリジェンスの遂行
対象企業のバリュエーション分析
4、契約交渉およびクロージング
対象企業との契約交渉、M A取引のクロージング
5、PMIの実行マネジメント
PMI（Post Merger Integration）の実行および管理
シナジー効果の実現 等

Required Skills
【必須】

・M A戦略の立案や実行に関する5年以上の実務経験
・デュー・ディリジェンス、バリュエーション分析、契約交渉、PMIの実行マネジメントに関する経験
・課長クラス以上の管理職経験
【歓迎】
・英語力（TOEIC 600点以上）
・MBAやCPA、CFAなどの専門資格
・高度な分析能力と問題解決能力
・優れたコミュニケーション能力と交渉力
・法務、会計・税務、ビジネスに関する深い知識
・プロジェクトマネジメントスキル
