Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Steering:
Hold responsibility for expenses of respective function within respective geographic scope
Define finance strategy and ensure locally adapted but consistent strategy definition and execution on lower organizational levels
Provide binding standards and guidelines for our Finance activities （e.g. accounting rules budgeting and forecasting processes） and ensure execution on lower organizational levels
Set targets and performance KPIs for Finance organization
Support preparation of monthly reporting packages and business performance reviews （with Products Geos）
Initiate and lead Finance relevant projects
Proactively foster and support company wide/regional/country initiatives and projects
Providing leadership direction and management of the country finance and accounting team
Providing strategic recommendations to the country MD and other members of the country management team
Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting

Assure legal and regulatory documents are filed including statutory audit and tax filing and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and
investments
Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with local statutory reporting and audit
Ensure the company is able to meet its financial commitments and manage cash flow and net working capital in the most efficient way.
Set up and oversee the company's finance IT system and future related project Managing vendor / customer relation
Other tasks/responsibilities as assigned by line manager

Support services:
Supervise all financial tasks maintain company's financial health and ensure effective and efficient resources use as well as compliance with internal and external financial regulations
Support product groups with regards to business planning accounting M A working capital competitive strategy as well as performance management support
Support Product Managers in assessing financial profitability of clients/products
Prepare KPIs for the continuous monitoring of financial development of　products

Skills and Competences
Proven experience as CFO finance officer or relevant role
In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software
Ability to strategize and solve problems
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and people skills
An analytical mind comfortable with numbers
CPA is a strong advantage
BSc/BA in Accounting

Educational Background / Work Experience
Work experience in International Logistics Provider preferred
15 years of experience in Finance leading roles
International working experience is a plus
