コスメ・雑貨の会員制定期購入サービスを提供する企業にて、物流からカスタマーサービスまでの一連の業務を担当します。倉庫、サプライヤー、社内チームとの連携を取りながら、商品のスムーズな配送と質の高いサービス提供を実現する重要なポジションです。

ヨーロッパ発の会員制定期購入サービスとして、毎月テーマに沿ったコスメや雑貨を詰め込んだボックスを会員に届けています。現在では、世界中で多くの登録者を持つ人気のサービスへと成長しています。
職務内容
- 配送状況や問題発生時の対応策の検討
- コストと在庫の最適化
- 配送管理、倉庫とのやり取り
- カスタマーサービス
条件・待遇
- 勤務時間：月-金（土日祝休み） 9:00-18:00
- 週２回在宅勤務可能
- 冬季／夏季休暇、年次有給休暇
